The Pod hardware continues working indefinitely. You only need to replace CGM sensors every 14 days.
What's the difference between Complete Package options?
The Complete Package offers two purchasing options. Sign in with a verified clinic account to view pricing:
- With Pods: 4 CGM Sensors + 4 Smart Pods for first-time Pod system patients
- CGM Only: 4 CGM Sensors only for patients who already have Pod hardware
What's the difference between Complete Package and Essential Package?
The Complete Package uses the Pod system for enhanced connectivity with activity tracking and optional feeding and water monitoring. The Essential Package contains only CGM sensors that connect directly to smartphones for basic glucose monitoring without Pod system features.
What are the subscription options for the Complete Package?
Pet owners using the Pod system choose from two subscription plans billed through the app:
- 6-Month Plan ($89.99): includes 1 free AdaFeeder device
- 1-Year Plan ($144): includes 2 free AdaFeeder devices
Subscription fees are billed directly to pet owners, not to your clinic.
Can I switch between systems?
Yes. If you start with the Essential Package and later want Pod functionality, purchase a Complete Package on your next order. If you have the Complete Package but need a glucose-only workflow for certain patients, you can order the Essential Package.
How long does each CGM sensor last?
Each CGM sensor provides continuous glucose monitoring for up to 14 days. Both packages include 4 sensors, providing up to 56 days of monitoring per patient with proper rotation.
What are the shipping and delivery details?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for verified clinics.
