Account creation is the first step in the clinic ordering workflow. New clinics first create the account, verify the email inbox for that account, then sign in to complete clinic verification and unlock pricing-sensitive tools.

What you need
Full name, clinic email, clinic name, phone number, business address, ZIP or postal code, and a password for the clinic account owner. Optional clinic tagline and description can be added here too.

How long it takes
Account setup is immediate. Email verification is required before first sign-in, and clinic review usually takes 1 to 2 business days once submitted.

What happens next
Verify your email, sign in, complete clinic verification, wait for approval, then unlock pricing, Ordering Hub access, and Vet Portal entry.
